Making My TV Debut!

Hiya!

   Today I want to talk about my TV debut last Monday. So on Monday 15th February 2016, I was a panellist on the Victoria Derbyshire Show LIVE with Chairman of the FA Greg Dyke, BBC Sport correspondent Richard Conway (@Richard_conway), Damian Collins who is an MP (@damiancollins), Chief writer and editor of the sports Telegraph (@_paulhayward) and the legend David Ginola (@teamginola). I was representing powerchair football in the FIFA corruption debate, however I didn't get to talk about powerchair football due to limited time. We basically spoke about how we think FIFA could reallocate their funding and who could be next as president. As we all know I would be an amazing president for FIFA however, I decided not to run for presidency. Here's how my day went.

7:30 AM -

I left the hotel in Hackney with a belly full of Bourbon Biscuits. My dad drove me to the BBC studios which is very near to Oxford Street. It was surprisingly calm in London centre which was insane! I'd never seen it so clear in my life.

8:10 AM -

Arrived at the BBC studios and waited for my bodyguard to take me to the green room. He wasn't as attractive as I thought bodyguards would looks.

8:30 AM-

The 'bodyguard' turned up and took me to hair and make-up where I was tangoed. I was tangoed because the studio lights are so strong that if I wasn't I would've looked like Casper The Ghost.

8:45 AM-

I met Victoria and the other panellists... and then David Ginola walked in. He's the nicest man on earth!

8:50 AM-

We were briefed (basically told not to swear and smile) and rushed onto set with microphones placed and drinking water out of mugs. Well classy!

9:00 AM-

The show went live!

10:30 AM-

Show ended, I went shopping on Oxford Street and met up with my mate Charlie.

I have kept in contact with Mr Ginola, in fact he really supports grassroots football, from disability to U19's up the park. Here's a picture of me and David to leave you on.
